My good friend Bob came for a visit today , and had coffee break with us ( Monique , Kristina and I ). He had mentioned yesterday that he would pop in to check on the helmet mirror that I hate so much. I had thought he was going to drive but no he rode his bike down from Pefferlaw 67 km !!! ( well done Bob !!!)

And that was the only biking done around here today as I was just to tired and sore from gardening to ride.
Hi Dave, enjoyed our visit today and greatly appreciated the coffee. Thank you for the route home, I had not ridden in the marsh before and thoroughly enjoyed the different scenery. Now where were those killer hills you were telling me about? I encountered some hills, but I wouldn't call them bad. The route you gave me was about a mile and a half shorter than the one I took coming down. Round trip was 127KM and my average speed dropped slightly from what it was on the way down to your place. Total average speed was 27.03KM/HR. I stopped at the Ravenshoe parking lot for 15 minutes to eat my lunch, otherwise rode straight through and was home by 12:55.
